Ingredients
- 1 can of coconut cream
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 erithritol or other sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon guar gum
- 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
- 3 tablespoons glycerin
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- sprinkle of salt
- 2T strong coffee (liquid)
Instructions
Blend everything in a blender and then chill mixture for 3-4 hours.
Put into ice cream machine for about 45 minutes.
