Are my items in Stock: whilst we endeavour to keep our website UPDATED, it is possible that we may be out of stock of some items.. if this occurs, we apologise for this inconvenience and a refund will be immediately issued for that item.
Returns
We only accept returns or refunds on 'faulty' or 'wrongly supplied goods', please choose carefully.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and provide a snapshot of proof, so that we can issue you a returns authority.
Do not return your product until you receive your Return Authority - these will NOT be accepted.
Refunds for faulty items will only be given if we cannot provide the repair or suitable replacement for your purchase.
Items not as advertised
Sometimes manufacturers alter products or ingredients without our knowledge. In such cases, even though rare, please contact us and we will provide you with details to return your item. (product colour variations between your computer or mobile device and product are NOT covered)

We do list ingredients for your convenience, however, we are unable to accept returns for items on the basis of allergic reactions or sensitivity.
